   Professor Sergey V. Kuzmin

Professor Kuzmin is the acting Head of the Sverdlovsk Regional Agency of the Federal Service for Surveillance in the Sphere of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare. He was born on January 31st, 1964. In 1987 he graduated from the Sverdlovsk State Medical Institute; he specialized in hygiene, sanitation and epidemiology. In 1987-2000 he worked in sanitary inspection offices of the Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk Regions. From 2001 to March 2010 he headed the Federal State Institution of Science “Ekaterinburg Medical Research Center for Disease Prevention and Health Protection in Industrial Workers” of the Federal Service for Surveillance in the Sphere of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare.
He is a Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, the doctor of higher category in “Social Hygiene and Public Health Management”. He has been awarded with the badge “To an Excellent Public Health Worker”, the order “For Achievements in the Development of Medicine and Public Health” of the Russian Heraldic Chamber, an honor medal named after I. Pavlov by the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, and received diplomas of the Ministry of Health of the Sverdlovsk Region and Sverdlovsk Regional Rospotrebnadzor Agency, etc.
   

Ms. Olga V. DIKONSKAYA

Dr. Dikonskaya is the Deputy Chief of the Sverdlovsk Regional Agency of the Federal Service for Surveillance in the Sphere of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare. She was born on August 6th, 1965. In 1990 she graduated from the Sverdlovsk State Medical Institute. Since then she has been working in the sanitary and epidemiologic service. She is a doctor of higher category in social hygiene and organization of the state sanitary and epidemiologic service. She has been awarded with the badge “To an Excellent Public Health Worker”, received a Diploma of the Ministry of Public Health of the Russian Federation, and official gratitude from the State Committee for the sanitary and epidemiologic surveillance of the Russian Federation.

Ms. Natalya A. STEPANOVA

Ms. Stepanova is the Deputy Chief of the Sverdlovsk Regional Agency of the Federal Service for Surveillance in the Sphere of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare. She was born on July 4th, 1954. In 1977 she graduated from the Sverdlovsk State Mining Institute, and in 1998 – from the Ural State Economic University. She has been working in the sanitary and epidemiologic service since 1991. She has been awarded with the badge “To an Excellent Public Health Worker” and received Diplomas from the State Committee for the sanitary and epidemiologic surveillance of the Russian Federation, the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Government of the Russian Federation.

Dr. Andrey I. Yurovskikh

Dr. Yurovskikh is the Deputy Chief of the Sverdlovsk Regional Agency of the Federal Service for Surveillance in the Sphere of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare. He was born on August 13th, 1959. In 1982 he graduated from the Sverdlovsk State Medical Institute. Since then he has been working in the sanitary and epidemiologic service. He is a Candidate of Medical Sciences, a doctor of higher category in epidemiology. He has been awarded with the badge “To an Excellent Public Health Worker” and received official gratitude from the State Committee for the sanitary and epidemiologic surveillance of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region.
